Terms of Sale
Last updated: July 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Mihrem LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming (United States), and any individual or legal entity ordering services through this website or by direct contract.
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.
2. Services
Mihrem LLC provides website creation, custom development, e-commerce, branding, business automation and AI solutions. The exact scope of each service is defined in the purchased service description or in a dedicated quote.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are in euros (EUR), exclusive of any taxes applicable in the client’s jurisdiction.
Payment is made online by card via Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified secure payment platform. Mihrem LLC does not store any card data.
Prices displayed as “starting at” are base rates; additional requests are subject to a supplementary quote.
For custom projects, a 50% deposit is required before work begins.
4. Cancellation and refunds
The client may cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of payment, provided that performance of the service has not started.
Once work has begun (kickoff call held, design or development started), no full refund is due; a partial refund proportional to the work not performed may be granted at Mihrem LLC’s discretion.
Refund requests must be sent to contact@mihrem.com.
5. Timelines and delivery
Communicated timelines are indicative and start upon receipt of payment (or deposit) and of all required materials from the client (content, access, approvals).
Delays attributable to the client (missing feedback or content) extend delivery timelines accordingly.
6. Intellectual property
Deliverables (website, design, code, source files) become the client’s property upon full payment.
Mihrem LLC retains the right to feature the work in its portfolio and communications unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Generic tools, libraries and know-how remain the property of Mihrem LLC or their respective authors (open-source licenses).
7. Liability
Mihrem LLC performs its services with the utmost care. Its liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the service concerned.
Mihrem LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, data or business) or malfunctions attributable to third-party services (hosting, Stripe, external APIs).
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing that, the competent courts of the State of Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
